Brian & Monica are awesome. They have repaired our watches and jewelry to perfection . The items we have purchased at their shop are high quality and reasonably priced. we are seeing reviews regarding the length of time the service takes. Sometimes it may take a bit longer. However.....quality workmanship is worth the wait. We trust them.......we KNOW that when we leave a gem in their care that we are getting OUR gem back. we have done business with them for many years AND HIGHLY recommend Williams Custom Jewelry.
Complete their work when they promise it. I will not be taking my work to them. I'd rather drive to Crown Jewelers in Apopka. So much for supporting DeBary small businesses.
Don’t use this place. They are a rip off. I took a necklace and a bracelet (14k white gold) into the shop to replace broken clasp on both. Not even 2 months and the clasp has tarnished, not to mention it took 3 weeks to repair when I was told a couple days. I called them and they tell me to bring it back to repair. I get there to be told oh well it’s gonna cost your more money. The original cost was $100 which we paid. Now his excuse is well I am gonna have to put a different quality and now he wants me to pay $204. Crazy. W... read more
Very unsatisfied with service .This place smells like dog and cigarettes/Will never go back again .
Horrible. Waited 1.5 years for my clock to be fixed. They never fixed my clocks. Terrible customer service. Be careful if you utilize their service for anything beyond a watch battery change. They will be reported to the BBB. Please be careful.
If you have something special in mind give them a chance to create it for you. You will not be disappointed.
