Do not purchase an extended warranty from this dealership!!!! My husband and I purchased a used vehicle in March of 2017 with an extended 6 year / 100,000 mile warranty. The finance lady backdated the warranty contract to start in December of 2014! I do not know how this is legal as we did not sign it until 3/10/2017. We paid for a 6 year / 100,000 mile warranty that expired in December of 2020! We only actaully had the warranty for 46 months or 3 years and 8 months! Everything was great. I was disappointed that the web price was not honored, but they did what they could to make the situation better.
I live out of town & Tyler helped get me the EXACT deal I wanted over the phone so when I came in all I had to do was test drive and wait on the finance dept. to sign papers.
Made arrangements online over holiday weekend. Tyler completed paperwork first thing Monday morning. He called me told me everything was ready. I went in signed parers and gave him money. He gave me the car. We arranged to add an option. Deal done.
