I was in to get my oil changed on 8/25/25 and I waited while it was done and it was very quick, Drew got me in and out in a very timely manner, everyone was very nice and friendly, 5 stars like always, never a disappoint!!
I was looking at a car that Williams had in their back lot. While working on the financing we hit the weekend and had to wait for the bank to open on Monday. The salesman sold it out from under us on Saturday. No call, to let us know that he was selling it, no opportunity to counter offer. It was very disappointing. We paid good money for an inspection and spent several days working with the dealership and the repair shop and the bank, only to be told that it was sold. Never going back there again. In for my initial checkup (oil...tire rotation...sys check). Drew was excellent as usual...very personable as he greeted me and got me checked in for appt...as per norms he gave me a completion time that was very accurate...checkout, vehicle transfer and pickup of plastic seat covers done immediately upon my return...always makes me feel like family...
