I came to this store yesterday to pick up an order for a client, and the experience was honestly pretty disappointing because of the attitude of the woman at the front desk. When I walked in and said I was there to pick up two metal doors, she gave me a super sarcastic look and said, “Yeah, you’re supposed to pick up metal doors, ’cause that’s what we sell.” It was unnecessary and kind of rude — I was just trying to confirm I was at the right place. We purchased attic access 2 months ago. Since then we are trying to connect with the company telling them it is making a big noise every time it opens and close like cracking noise and also the handle which it comes with wont open it but only the key!!!! Also only after 2 months and repairing requests they sent us the invoice for the purchase.
