We purchased attic access 2 months ago. Since then we are trying to connect with the company telling them it is making a big noise every time it opens and close like cracking noise and also the handle which it comes with wont open it but only the key!!!! Also only after 2 months and repairing requests they sent us the invoice for the purchase.
