Very good customer service, the employees are always very helpful and willing to answer questions you might have about the products or recommendations on what to use. I always come here for everything because they also have a large selection of products. Love this place 👍👍👍👍
Super friendly owner/staff who are happy to give advice and help you pick the best products. While the store is very small, it holds an amazing selection of products at reasonable prices.
Tried calling a times to ask a basic question about hair products, and when someone finally picked up, the response felt really rushed and dismissive. Instead of trying to help or offer any real guidance, I was met with vague answers and attitude like I was bothering them for calling. Definitely made me think twice about shopping here in person. Customer service matters even on the phone.
This is one of the best stores I’ve been at. It’s literally full on hairdressing library having giant selection of shades and brands featured, bonus is great sales once in a while for hair care products. Love it! ❤️
10/10 customer service. I went here in need of dye to make my hair a silver grey, and the nice man there took some time to flip through the hair samples book and patiently help me figure out if my hair was light enough / what shade would work because I wasn’t blonde enough for the colour I wanted. I left with two dyes & my hair looks fabulous now and I’m very grateful for all the help I received!
