Very good customer service, the employees are always very helpful and willing to answer questions you might have about the products or recommendations on what to use. I always come here for everything because they also have a large selection of products. Love this place 👍👍👍👍
Tried calling a times to ask a basic question about hair products, and when someone finally picked up, the response felt really rushed and dismissive. Instead of trying to help or offer any real guidance, I was met with vague answers and attitude like I was bothering them for calling. Definitely made me think twice about shopping here in person. Customer service matters even on the phone.
The stuff was very kind and explained all the details of the hair dye products. I will definitely come back 🙂 My hair looks soo nice now 😊

This is one of the best stores I’ve been at. It’s literally full on hairdressing library having giant selection of shades and brands featured, bonus is great sales once in a while for hair care products. Love it! ❤️
