I was fortunate to be attempting to start my Dodge Ram diesel in the parking lot of Hillside Mall close to one of your mechanics, Ari, who was preparing to leave the lot with his family. The starter was was turning the engine over but it wasn't starting and I was getting ready to call BCAA. He took time out of his evening with his family to assist me. I had never been to them before, but when I had an urgent need to have lug nuts checked after almost having a wheel come off, they fit me in immediately and made sure my vehicle was safe to be on the road.
