Had my truck in for an allignement and tire rotation. The mechanic dented my bumper and the wheels were not torqued down. I almost lost control of my vehicle before pulling over to tighten the hand tight lug nuts. I have tried following up with the shop via email to get the bumper repaired and they are now ignoring me. They didn't want to document the evidence or provide anyway written follow up. We were far from home and had van problems, they were able to diagnose and remedy the problem promptly. Great service!
If it would let me do a review without even giving them one star I will would but because I can't. Zero communication between employees and clients. The most unprofessional shop we've dealt with. Always changing stuff up and not keeping their word on hardly anything. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. And that's putting it nicely. I won't go into detail and get worked up over how unprofessional they are but I could never and would never recommend this shop.
Our logistics van for the Kinetic Sculpture Race started having problems during the race on a Sunday. Not only did they diagnose the issue (needed a new alternator), they got the part, and installed it by 3pm! A glorious feat on a Sunday of a holiday weekend! Plus it ended up being slightly cheaper than they originally quoted us. Thank you so much for saving the day!
We love going here for all the needs for our truck! The staff is so nice and if you end up waiting for repairs they have plenty of stuff to keep a kid entertained. And they were fast! Like the got the new parts and put them in and he was done exactly when he said he would be done. We was impressed! Great place! You know its getting done and done right.
