Went for a diagnosis on a power steering issue, the mechanic and the woman at the front desk were very personable and informative about a few issues my car had. As a result of their services, my car is in tip top shape and for a good price as well. If I ever have any other issues with my car, I know where I will be going.
Water pump went out on my Durango. The shop guaranteed the work and the parts repaired on the vehicle. The new water pump sadly had a defect on it that caused it to go out. I brought my car back and the replaced and repaired it free of charge because they guaranteed the work they did. I was shown the defect in the pump as well. I appreciate the honesty of this business owner. I would take any car here again in the future.
They were able to fit me in on short notice for AC repair. Front desk person and mechanic both very friendly. Mechanic was personable, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They did a great job fixing the issue. I'll return because they did good work and the customer service was top notch.
The Automotive center is the best in Humboldt! You are in a very caring environment. With the capabilities to solve your problems. 5 stars , not just a one time fluke. Been there with my truck 5 times or more over my time in Humboldt.
