Very nice people and do a great job. I don't go anywhere else in emporia and I haven't in the almost 5 years I've lived here! I go to them with whatever problems I have and for every oil change. Very generous people and they give a discount to students!
They saved me. They put up with my constant calling. They are always courteous and know what needs to be done. It is the only place I go to for work on my car. The best place in town. My only suggestion would be to have a couple of loaner cars.
Disappointed in the service. Had a blow out on my camper near Cassoday. Not much of a shoulder to work on so we called Williams and a trooper to help with traffic. The guy from Williams changed my tire but refused to put air in it. When we asked why not he said not on this shoulder. Why didn't he do it before putting the tire on? I would not use them in the future.
Staff is courteous when we take our vehicles in for oil changes. I recently took a truck in that I was looking to buy for a used car inspection. I ended up buying a different truck and had some issues with it. I called and talked to Wesley for some advice. Wesley gave me some feedback on what to do and asked that I call back to let him know how the issue got resolved. That situation resolved itself and I called Wesley to let him know.
