Excellent service! Great communication. Our vehicle broke down on a Sunday afternoon on our way home to Minnesota and they started right away Monday morning. Was a complicated problem but they got it worked out and had us on our way by Tuesday morning. Reasonable prices for great work and good communication with us through it all. Even offered to come give us a ride from our parents house back to the shop to pick up our vehicle. Thank you!!
We had an emergency stop in Emporia when our van began alerting us of a serious overheating issue. We found the Williams Automotive location and arrive around 4pm. They graciously reviewed the car, fixed the problem (a sensor failure), tested it and sent us on out way with a minimal cost. The staff was excellent in every way, and this is especially important when you are a stranded visitor traveling through. 5 stars in every way!

We are traveling to Texas to deliver items for those effected by Hurricane Harvey. Unfortunately once we arrived at the Kansas Turnpike in Emporia our trailer's axle busted.... at 3am. We called 3 tow companies and Williams Automotive was the one company that would come help us. Not only did they get to us in less than an hour but they had our trailer loaded quickly too. Shout out this morning to customer service at AAA and Williams Automotive who has the AAA contract in Emporia. The young man who was assigned the service call for my mom was kind and so helpful. Coal to the @*&$! driver who side swiped Mom's car on the street...you hit and run coward.
