Great experience from start to finish. Skylar was a great help very informative. Helped my wife and I with the car we wanted and everyone else there is really friendly. Top notch service guys keep it up!
I worked with Chrissie and she was incredibly professional. She worked with me for quite some time and always made me feel like I was her only customer. I am very happy with my experience and will recommend others to her!
As a person new to car buying, I was apprehensive. But chrissie in sales was helpful, friendly, and NO pressure. Later, Jim in financing was straightforward and fast and friendly. I walked out happy and feeling like I was respected and got a good deal, too.

started out as a great experience was in and out with a new car at break neck speed with a good interest rate of 7.9% though not a great rate it was for me. about two weeks later though they called me up and said that the financing didnt go through due to me not filling something out right on the paperwork. so i told them to go ahead and just drop the new paperwork off and i would sign it. the lady that showed up at my house came at like 9 at night with a new contract that had an interest rate of 17.9%. i have never had any ... read more
Had a horrible experience at Williams. The yo yo manager left my $8000.00 check on his desk and the janitor stole it. They called me accusing me of not giving it to them and then a cop shows up at my house at 10:00pm and issues me a subpoena. Mean while the convict janitor has all my info on where I live and my bank account number. Bunch of idiots, didn't even bother to call me when they realized the janitor stole me check, just let the cops beat on my door at night. Classless organization. Car was a piece of crap too.
