I went to Williams Toyota of sayre pa to ask about a truck I had seen on their lot and all I got was a attitude and someone talking down to me . They acted like they were better then me. If u want to be talked down to and leave feeling mad and insulted then I would go there. I had to give them a one star because their is no option for 0 stars . I personally will never set foot on their property again.
Needed some body work done on my 2015 civic for an insurance claim. Called down and Floyd was able to get my car in within a few days. Even with my car having to be there 2 extra days, it looks like I had just drove it off the lot brand new last year. Extremely satisfied with their work and definitely will recommend them to anyone needing body work done. A HUGE thank you to Floyd and his guys on Main St in Athens for everything, even awesome customer service everytime I called with questions!

Are you in need of a car or just thinking about one? Stop and see Rich Burdick! I am the pickiest person in the world about everything and I have zero patience. I walked in, gave Rich my license and said to him "this can't be painful". Needless to say he worked for two days to get me the car I wanted figuring out numerous configurations of different cars and payments only caring about me being happy in the end. Will never buy another vehicle from them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone, their Service department REALLY SUCKS, and they don't stand by their word, bought a $17,000.00 truck back in September and I have to put another $3,000.00 into it, after they told me nothing was wrong, had to take it to another dealership and body shop for them to tell me what was wrong...

Drove 1.5 hours for nothing. Salesman was very rude. After calling before we drove there to make sure car was there and he said it was. We got there and salesman argued with me that the car wasn't there when in fact they had 2 of them.
I'm coming down to see tony not going back to elm any more I know who I can trust and will drive to him to do my next car suv thanks
