RecommendedRalph and his team do amazing work! His subdued excitement of how your ride will look when it’s done, is captivating! My ride wasn’t all that bad to begin with but never the less needed some professional love. Long story short, my expectations were far exceeded not only in time, but most importantly, quality. In all honesty it saddens me that I will be moving soon after finding these wondrous purveyors of glossy greatness.
I called Williams Auto Detail to ask if they could fix my wheel. I had hit an awful pothole a week ago and found my tire was leaking air. I went to my local auto shop to see if my tire needed a patch; it turns out the inner lip of my rim was bent. I just had Ralph do a paint correction, CQuartz application and full detail on my 26-year-old NSX, and the finish is fantastic! The mostly original paint was full of small scratches and swirls, and they're 99% gone. They also did one paintless dent repair and a few small touchups, did a thorough cleaning and detailing under both hoods, and a great cleaning of the interior and glass. After issues with other local shops I decided to give Williams a call. I spoke to Ralph on the phone about having my car fully detailed, back to looking new. The car was dropped off a few days later and in his hands. The car looks BETTER THAN EVER! Ralph did an amazing job and was truly a class act with amazing service, I will be taking all my cars to him and having CQuartz done along with more details. Thanks for the service!!
Called about quartz coating. Talked to Ralph's dad. Asked if pricing if I did the cake barring and polishing myself. He was rude and told me I might as well do it myself and he was not interested. Then proceeded to hang up on me. Will not give him any of my business!
Did such exceptional work on my 6 year old black car that I immediately brought them my Truck, and will bring them my other vehicles in the future
This place is amazing and extremely professional. Our SUV is cleaner than it's ever been. It has been smoked in and I needed a company that could get rid of any trace of smoke and they exceeded our expectations. We have twins in the NICU and we are bringing them home soon and they will still be on oxygen. This company went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle would be safe for our babies. I highly recommend this company!
