He took 2 weeks to deliver an appraisal report I paid for, effectively delaying the the refinancing of our home. He never answered my email asking for an update. I had to contact the lender several times before he finally sent in his report.

BE WARNED. I hired Thomas Williams to draw a floorplan for one of my Real Estate listings. He took the measurements, cashed my check and never did the floor plan. He made up numerous excuses as to why he couldn't deliver after two time extensions. Never apologized, but said he would send me a refund due to circumstances out of his control... his car breaking down, the power being out for an hour, etc, etc. Never received my refund. Never received a floor plan.
