5 star service! I will never go to another eye doctor! The staff is so friendly and helpful from the front desk to the complete eye exam( Tammy is so awesome!l) , Dr. Williams takes time to explain everything. They also have some very experienced staff to help with picking out you glasses. By far the best service in town!
Eyedentity Eyewear staff know what's happening with your eyes and your style! They are always so kind and professional. They support many nonprofit agencies in the community! We are blessed to have them in Columbia.
I have been a customer for a long time (20 years or so) and I have never had a bad visit. The staff is always willing to answer my questions and explain my insurance coverage. Dr. Williams does not act like she is rushed to get out of the room like I have had at other places and explains what she sees where it is understandable. She shows that she cares and that I am not just another patient.
I am happy with all of the service that I got today. My eye exam went very smoothly and I was able to pick out two pairs of glasses and have my sunglasses changed out as well. Super happy with all the staff.
Very nice people there. Esther is a very nice person. Shelly is very nice and takes care of business.
