Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? No, they definitely weren't clean Was this chiropractor friendly? Not at all How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst I have seen Did you feel like your pain was lessened after your chiropractic treatment? Not at all! I was in even more pain afterwards Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one

Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
