He is a very good dentist pretty pain free and competent. We like him very much.
Dr Vainer did several fillings for me after I spent several years drinking too many free sodas at work and not going to the dentist. He is knowledgable and competent, however there was at least one occasion when he seemed to be pushing his assistant to do things she didn't feel ready to do (while helping with a filling). I've had mixed results; one tooth-colored filling has a new cavity growing at the edge, and one filling between molars is shaped so that it is impossible to floss without cutting my gums there. The dentist and his office told us they were a member of the Blue Cross PPO Network and that our childrens preventative services would be covered at 100%, without needing to pay any deductible. They even told us that they called to confirm the coverage amounts and said that the insurance company had confirmed the services would be covered at 100%. When we got the EOB from the insurance company they were paid at 80% after a 50.00 deductible. They misrepresented themselves and their unethical behavior/practices are not accepta... read more
i though he was wonderful...normaly needles hurt...for some reason when he did it i felt no pain...that as the best part!!! and he took his time working on my teeth. thanks!!!
Bill Vainer is SOOOOOO good, I didnt know when he was done working on my mouth... Wow - and the staff is A1 - top rate. I would recommend Dr. Bill to anyone. Hey is open monday thru thursday in their Campbell CA. shop! - Tell them Todd sent you! Todd Glassey
Dr. Vainer is a unique dentist nowadays! He does not believe in doing anyitnh that is unnecessary and that is a plus when so many dentists are out to make money. he is cute as well which is always nice. If you want someone laid-back and who knows his stuff, then Dr. Vainer is the one for you. His staff is incredibly nice as well.
