The orthopedic front office is very friendly the nurse for the surgeon we saw was very accommodating and nice the surgeon we’ve seen has been very short very impatient I little condescending making it seem like my son is making up his pain when he’s on a Workmen’s Comp. claim for a shoulder injury . My daughter was referred there for a cyst on her hand. Staff were so kind. Both doctors she saw were professional and explained her options thoroughly. She's going to have surgery to remove the cyst and we are confident that all will go well.

Some of the staff have attitudes, the wait it ridiculous. I was there from 11am to 4pm waiting to be seen with a broken wrist.
