In summary, you should hire William Tajer! As a first time home buyer, I had my reservations with real estate agents as i've heard the horror stories from friends and family. I am happy to report that William is one of the good ones! We saw what I felt like over 30 condos during my viewings and William was super patient throughout the process and didn't try to push me to buy something I didn't like for a quick sale.
