I am terribly disappointed with how I’ve been treated by this facility. I got a referral to be seen by a provider here, I called to schedule an appointment and was told I couldn’t be scheduled because my doctor didn’t provide a diagnosis. I provided all the necessary information for them to request my medical records. Then I was told they were requesting my medical records from my doctor, I called 3 days straight to confirm if they were able to request the records, and was told to give it another 24-48hrs and someone would c... read more

Can’t say enough good things about UTSW, The best in Dallas per my opinion for overall care.
My new patient experience was very bad and a waste of my time. Waited for more than 2 months to see Dr Campbell, "in network" PCP doctor for "annual wellness visit for preventive care". Per my insurance, preventive care is 100% covered regardless of new or existing patients. I received a letter with the estimated out of pocket cost of more than $400+ due to the new patient visit. So, I called the clinic office and the helpdesk told me that they couldn't change it to annual wellness visit on the phone but I can just tell them... read more
