I received my first consultation via FaceTime because of COVID but the COVID pandemic ended already months ago. I have a tumor so this is very important to me. I just would like to say that Dr. William Chapman is just an incredible guy. He is very caring and attentive doctor and a rare find.
I just had a telephonic consultation with Dr. William Chapman. He is a neurologist. Somebody would have to search far and near to find a nicer, intelligent, responsive, doctor as Dr Chapman. even though there may have been a complaint or two about the staff, over the years, you can't find a perfect staff anywhere. So don't let that guide your decision. Although this covid stuff sure has messed up a lot of things, he has an assistant now.that is on top of her game. Understanding and friendly doctor Staff was friendly. Doctor was super! From the time I entered the office everything went smoothly. The staff was understanding and explained how to complete forms. I was treated with respect. The office was clean and up to date.
