Great agent, always kind and helpful.
Bill is great!! He was very helpful and willing to walk me through the questions that I had, which were not a few. Bill was super patient with me and on top of everything, he emailed me immediately after I had talked with him on the phone. I wish I could give him 50 stars!
Had a few unfortunate accidents and SF was cancelling me but Bill appealed it and now I still have insurance with Bill for over 20 years. Thanks Bill
