I thank you for your service as always you are very good at what you do. It was quite expensive since you first you tried to save the tooth which didn’t work and then you did an implant. It also took a look time over a year an I am still not done
All the personnel are kind, considerate, compassionate, and competent. Dr. Maller as well and thorough on his plans for my treatment.
No problems after the "piped in horrible music" was turned off, the doctor and I were calmer and more focused. Hated the music. I always pray before dental procedures ...for the procedure and the doctor. The music made it impossible and I had a hard time calming down. Then the assistant was able to turn it off. What a relief!
