All the personnel are kind, considerate, compassionate, and competent. Dr. Maller as well and thorough on his plans for my treatment.
No problems after the "piped in horrible music" was turned off, the doctor and I were calmer and more focused. Hated the music. I always pray before dental procedures ...for the procedure and the doctor. The music made it impossible and I had a hard time calming down. Then the assistant was able to turn it off. What a relief!
