I met Dr. Springer yesterday for the first time and I must say that I was really impressed with his professionalism and very pleasant demeanor. He did a very thorough exam and provided me with clear concise information and a prescription to address my optical needs. He took me in early even though my original appointment was for 2 hours later. His assistant was very thorough and professional while being quite pleasant and friendly. I’m in my early 40’s and just received my first ever eyeglass prescription from him. Appreciated his straight-forwardness when it came to ordering the glasses.
When I first walked in the Drs. staff Derek was very nice, helpful and polite. I was very impressed on how quickly things were done! Dr. Springer then saw me, he was also helpful and very professional. I will be going back here from now on. Plus, good prices!
