Hi My cleaning was thorough as usual. Unfortunately, one of my crowns popped off during the procedure and the hygienist temporarily cemented it back on. I have an appointment with Dr Farrah on Thursday, 8/29/2019, to evaluate the situation and hopefully all that need be done is cement it back on permanently. No ones fault but it made the appointment less than positive. John Lesko
Everything was great, my hygienist was very caring and cleaned my teeth thoroughly.
Professional, efficiently providing all services from greeting to making the final farewell including next appointment. Office waiting area is pleasant lending a positive relaxing environment. Very pleased with the actual services provided for my teeth....obviously the most important portion of this reason for going to this dental practice!
I really appreciate the office staff addressing me by my name when I enter. I also like the thoroughness of my hygienist. Her conversation is also very pleasant.
Dr. Sorensen and his staff embody what a professional dental practice should seek to achieve. Dr. Sorensen is a very knowledgeable, conservative and skilled dentist whose chairside manner is exceptionally calm, informative and gentle. His support staff are helpful, pleasant and seek to ensure that the patients have the BEST dental experience.
I can not write enough positive words about Dr. Sorensen and his staff! They are absolutely wonderful! From my first appointment discussing the procedures and timeline for dental implants, to my last appointment for dental cleaning, I experienced top notch professionalism, friendliness and amazing attitudes.I will definitely recommend Dr. Sorensen and his staff to any one, especially those considering dental implants.
