My hygienist was great as always.
The link on the website that says to get "directions" will mistakingly direct you to 2715 Packard Rd (EAST) in Ypsilanti. Not sure how to change that through Google but it somehow automatically changes the city to Ypsilanti rather than Ann Arbor. Other than that issue, the office visit was very thorough, more so than what I was expecting time wise and money wise.
I found my dental experience at Dr. Sorenson`s office to be excellent. He and his staff are professional, kind, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the dental care provided.
I always have the very same Hygienist: she is thoughtful, professional and very good at provided preventative tips: She is positive in her out look and very efficient, I actually look forward to my cleaning, Everything at your offices says "We like our Patients!" so much kindness and thoughtfulness. Don't forget to thank each and every one, sometimes we forget to reward the very people that make your services perfect, please don't do that !!! Ina
Consistent care and service delivery, which I greatly appreciate. clean environment and hand washing techniques to reduce infection. Thank you for being mindful of these important elements.
