I always enjoy seeing the fine staff at Dr. Sorensen's office. They are so accommodating in arranging an appointment and even giving me the option to change keeping in mind that I come from a distance for my appointment.
Wait time was less than 5 minutes. Excellent care as always!
I have had several procedures at Dr. Sorensen's office -- unfortunately for me as dental appointments are not my favorite pastime -- but the office is friendly and professional and Dr. Sorensen made the procedure as pleasant as it could be....

I think sometimes we forget to acknowledge customer service people who really are the "face" of your practice. Your "Front Office" and your professional staff are so talented, efficient, and highly skilled. I have been coming to Dr Sorenson since 1998 or maybe even before when his office was in Ypsilanti. When you set up an appointment, change appointments and reschedule, that Front Desk is so responsive and pleasant. They always have time to listen to your requests and be creative. I've been a patient for over 25 years and have always received excellent care. Dr. Sorensen is an expert in his field, and all of the healthcare professionals in the office have treated me like family. I highly recommend this dental practice.
