Really unique items and great service at the store in New Town Mall in New Philly. We live out of state but have stopped there 3 times in the past month.
Absolutely horrible customer service!! I have been calling & e-mailing for weeks now and NO ONE responds! I received the Elephant tail dinner set as a wedding registry gift and it was missing the rack. I was told it was on back order and that it would get shipped to me as soon as it was in stock. I never received the rack, and I now have an incomplete set! I have tried to contact the company and left several messages. It seems like no one works there!
