They are so rude in customer service !!!
I began seeing Dr Shaffer 2 years ago. Since being diagnosed with MS, I kept having flare ups and couldn't find a neurologist who was genuinely interested in finding a treatment plan that works for me. Since seeing Dr Shaffer, we have found a treatment plan that has works great for me. I couldn't ask for a better Dr.... He has a great personality and has my best interest at heart.
Dr Shaffer and Banner Health are not accommodating at all. Boo! Thumbs down!
Very caring and in tune with the clients needs. Not afraid of thinking outside the box. A thrive attitude! Finally a neurologist that gets it, and has it.
