Up-to-date with all the precautions plus for seeing patients during this pandemic therefore I felt totally safe. Up-to-date with all the newest equipment as well. Everyone is so personable and professional. I am so glad I found Dr. Gardner and his hygienist and receptionist and office manager -- all are great!
We have been patients at Dr. Gardner's practice for over 25 years and have never had a complaint. The staff is welcoming, polite and thoroughly professional. Last February the day before we left for a three week vacation in Hawaii a crown came unglued. I called the office and without hesitation, I was fitted in and Bill fixed the problem! Can't do better than that.
Our previous dentist's large Oakland office closed (we wanted to change, any way). I had a crown fall out during my birthday dinner on a Saturday, and a small surface filling on another tooth vanished a while earlier. Monday I called, and you scheduled an appointment with Dr Jung for some x-rays, inspection and crown repair on the next day. Your service and care were outstanding - you are our new dentists!
Had routine exam and cleaning yesterday and as always received great health care.
Not only was the care its usual professional stellar; but the attention to Covid Response was above and beyond the (very stringent) standards. Bravo! The entire team was like a well-oiled machine keeping us safe and healthy. Thank you!
