I confessed to a time crunch--appointment following in 70 minutes a ten-minute drive away, yet the discussion and cleaning processes were still done at a relaxed, professional manner. Even finished three minutes before my "gotta go" deadline. My bad for creating the pressure, but it changed nothing about the appointment. It is a pleasure to work with a group of real pros.
