I had a custom ring made by this jeweler. I selected a stock ring mounting from his merchandise. I purchased a loose stone and wanted it set into a mounting. Shortly after I purchased the ring, I noticed that the side accent diamond stones were not evenly matched nor were they set correctly into the bezels, one bezel was higher than the other.
