My son was just came home from William S. Hall, I just want to say he was treated well, the staff was kind from the doctors, social workers, nurses, and admission staff I think that's a fear we as parents have especially if this is the first time you and your child have been separated from each other, but he got help and we're going to continue to make sure all his needs are met.
This place you’re absolutely sucks. I was here because I had ran away from home and the staff here are so unprofessional. They treat the kids like they ain’t worth shit and they’re so much drama in the girls pod. If you’re going to send your child to a mental hospital I suggest do not send them to this one. Try three rivers or the lighthouse I heard that’s better than anything, but not William Hall. Some of the staff are OK. Most of them aren’t. (I am 14 by the way. I stayed here back in March of 25 till April. All honestly, the place itself is not that bad. The staff were really nice( some of them), but some can be VERY prejudice. When I first got there. They were really nice, but I as my stay progressed on, that’s when the stay started to go downhill. Although the routine the snack time and the early mornings aren’t bad it’s just how they see their patients and how they treat them other than that it’s a nice and beautiful place. I was here for six months. The staff were great. I was not and I did not like my psychiatrist. I liked my first social worker my second social worker was hard on me, but she was great. First I had Miss Tara and then I had Miss Tonya staff here some of them were great some were not so great. They keep you for everything they put you on one to one really quickly.
