Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.
