I accompanied my sister to her initial intake visit with Dr. Gilmer. First of all, this doctor understands that patients are more important than making your insurance provider happy. From my experience, most doctors are being directed by insurance providers instead of listening to patients. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!
