This rates up there with one of THE most unprofessional group's I personally have ever encountered. My personal experience with them was horrible! I begged my friend to go elsewhere to sell her home. Her experience is worse than my own. Notorious for having their "friends" do pre inspections. Come up with item's normal inspections don't find.
