Rude staff. Very short and snarky on the phone. I do not need a run down of the reading of your notes in your computer and when I butt in to tell you I’m aware of all the notes you tell me “I’m not done reading my notes”.. I see why you get 1.7 stars. Yikes
Willam Ranger botched my fistula surgery. He chose a much larger vein to place knowing full well they expand when they heal. During the placement and the resulting steal syndrome after it caused severe nerve damage in my left hand. Causing me to be unable to do my job or keep it. When finally, after a years wait he saw me again and his clinic refused to call my insurance to verify some information they needed. (Why this fistula needed to come out of my leg… It’s in my arm.) But were unable to reach Blue Cross, Blue Shield on... read more
