HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES. The dentist and dentist's assistant were great, but the ladies at the front desk WERE HORRIBLE. One of them has been deliberately hanging up every time I call to schedule an appointment, or she'll tell me to hold and then never come back on the line!
Sat in the waiting room and had to listen to the receptionist bad mouth patients BY NAME, talk about patients teeth problems, talk about what excuse the patient is gonna come up with as to why they missed or canceled their appointment. Talk about how they have turned parents in for child neglect because their kids had dental problems. Not once did they check to see if someone was sitting in the waiting room out of view of the counter. Arrived on time for an appointment to wait 45 mins before I asked how much longer. My son was taken back right after asking. They told me I couldnt be in the room with my scared 8 year old. I assured him he would be ok as I stood in the door way. The hygienist cut/burned the inside of his mouth the second she attempted to start cleaning his teeth. Very rude and unprofessional staff! Drove an hour away for my appointment I scheduled 6 months ago for it to be canceled and the lady at the front had the nerve to tell me I could come in tomorrow but I couldn't be seen for the appointment I made SIX MONTHS AGO!!!!!! I'll find a dentist that has more than 2 stars!!!!
