I ordered flowers from William Paul Floral Design for my wife 40th Birthday to be delivered to the school where she is Principal. The flowers were not delivered and there has been no response except an email saying they were delivered bt 6:15 (at a school) when they are closed. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As of yet, they have STILL not refunded my money and are trying to be deceptive, and dishonest after this incredibly bad business.
My wife ordered an online arrangement (Frosty Forest) for my disabled sister's birthday. We paid to upgrade flowers and a $15 delivery charge. The flowers were delivered on time on but half of them were dead. The were brown and drooping and in awful condition overall. We called and spoke with the owner after delivery. We informed him that half the flowers were dead (we have pictures) and we wanted half of the price of the arrangement refunded.
