Dr. Patterson took his time with me. Never felt like he had to get to the next patient. He explained everything so I could understand all the medical terms.
Dr. Patterson explained things well so I could understand them and seemed to give me all the time needed. Did not feel rushed. Will certainly call him in the future should I require more treatment.
7.20.2026 - OrthoAZ respected my appointment time…got called & taken care of minutes after checking in. Staff were super friendly & efficient. X-rays were quick. Dr. Paterson was personable, compassionate, totally knowledgeable of my shoulder issue, and gave reasonable & realistic options to my problem. First time see Dr Paterson , he took his time answering all my complicated questions and has given me a sense of hope for fixing my shoulder, other doctors have failed to fix .
