I had an A/C problem with my compressor not running, and had been put in contact with WM Paslay through my home warranty after purchasing my house. The company scheduled a technician to come out quickly, and the guy showed up on time. I had two valves on the unit that had not been tightened properly from whenever the unit was last maintained, and thus all of the freon had leaked out.
