RecommendedMost of the time this is a fantastic airport with great staff. Yesterday morning, at 0800, when I went through the TSA pre check line, I had already had the bag with my liquids out and was pulling my phone out of my pocket. They agent, a Ms. Laws, I believe, started yelling and mocking me because at this airport you can leave everything in your bag, to include liquids. I apologized to her several times and she kept deriding me and rolling her eyes at me to the point that the people be around me were making comments about it ... read more
Recommended Recommended RecommendedI've been flying to and from this airport for a long time, and not once have I had a bad experience. Quick check in, efficient security clearance, and plenty of restaurants and amenities to tide me over before my flight on Southwest Airlines! And every time that I return, my back is was returned in a timely manner and has never been lost. Love this place!
