William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) is Houston’s second international airport, and has been serving the City of Houston for more than 90 years. Since 2015, HOU has served as the regional international hub for Southwest Airlines, providing nonstop destinations to Mexico, Latin America, and the Caribbean. HOU was the first Houston airport to receive a 4-star rating from Skytrax, and has maintained the award for three years in a row.

I like the airport... but baggage claim is the WORST!!!! It usually at least 40 mins for the bags to even get to the carousel. Come on management. Learn something from all of these other airports!
The airport , I have nothing too say , However , my experience with their valet parking is very bad .... My truck was hit badly , and more worst they are denying responsibility and now I have to go through claim procedures to fix it , then my insurrance company will try to deal with these guys .... it was unfortunate to use this facility 🤨
Can not get bags out in a timely manner...makes IAH look really good. This is unacceptable with no accountability!
This airport is not enforcing Texas mandates for travelers to wear face coverings at all times and social distancing protocols. Avoid connections and flights here if you can help it.

The baggage claim area is t among the worst in the WORLD! And I travel alot...slowest of anywhere ! Why oh why can you not assign a belt earlier ??? Just ridiculously inefficient!
9 pm on weeknight and no one is available to answer a question about ground transportation for someone flying in from another state.
Fly here often and today pleasantly surprised to hear lovely music while enjoying Chick-fil-A sandwich Thank you #harmonyintheair
