On August 17, 2010, I was operated at this hospital by a female Ent and a Plastic Surgeon. During the operation my left mandible was fractured. After surgery I went home with a improperly botch up and unsupported Titaniun Plate which was put together by those two specialist without the assistance of a real Mandibular Surgeon. In November of that same year I developed Osteomyelitis of the jaw which caused me to loose the entire mandible. What can I say is that my Hostipal Memorial Regional and I call it my, because I'm proud of Memorial Regional. My family member had surgery yesterday and Memorial was amazing. Family Centered Care at its best. My son had a procedure a few weeks earlier and we ran into 4 of the nurses that were involved in his care, they recognized him and 1 nurse followed us down the hallway to stop us so they could talk him. The nurses and staff were amazing from the ER and throughout week long stay. They were friendly, attentive and always answered any of our questions. They went above and beyond their call of duty. The 8 Central crew from Ana, Francisco, Ms. De La Vega, Fascha, Veronique, Miguel, Rachel and Ms. Ronda from catering were AMAZING. Sorry if we forgot anyone. While the staff Nurses and Doctors have been great... the Valet company at this place has no idea what the hell they are doing. Every guy here seems to be initiating their own system and when I asked for a supervisor all they did was point to the sign and say call the number... I delt with one guy Christian at the main entrance that actually made me get back in the car and move it forward...what the hell dude? You take my key and hand me a ticket... not make or expect me do your job!!!...what this guys problem is im not sure... read more
I have gone to many Hospitals but this Hospital, is the Valedictorian of the bunch,from the Doctors, Nurses, CNA, House Attendant, Dietitian Staff from you arrived in the Emergency to your room you are treated with a high level of Courteous Services. Excellent keep up this great job. Thanks again
I came in with contractions and nothing but my medical records. I was treated above and beyond the maternity unit is absolutely amazing ! From the triage to the delivery and recovery I was treated like respect and high priority. The mid-wife and all the nurses were better than my expectations. I'm super pleased with choosing to come here for my delivery ❤️
The staff a few professionals four staff walked into the room didn't introduced themselves. Just said I am here to take your vitals, that was the night staff.OK daylight they walked in again didn't say good morning. Ask for a sanitary things more than once. The instruments keep going off, call and it takes a long time for someone to take care of it.Phyllis such a professional, caring, patient, compassionate nurse.
