Wow, I actually don't know where to start. Labor and delivery Team 10 million thumbs up then all of the nurses that take care of you afterwards are unbelievable, team work at its finest. Thank you ! A million times for helping me have such a smooth time there! I have plenty more to write but I'm just keeping it short here. Memorial Regional has exceeded my expectations.
Maybe their might be a mom who wants to deliver at this hospital and not too sure about what to expect! Welp! I have to say please do not second guess it! I was suppose to deliver out west but I chose to come here less than a week ago and I am so thankful I did! I was treated like ROYALTY! Not one unpleasant Doctor, Nurse, PCA, Hostess, Student or HouseKeeper! Lawd! I almost did not want to go home! It is just something about great care and hospitality! I had surgery yesterday the nurses at the out patient surgery was very compassionate and attentive.
Ive been here 2 weeks now. Im ADHD, young, athletic and always restless. I came in here because my foot and ankle had in 3 days gone from hurting to swelling up so large that I was not able to walk. For 2 days i laid in bed and had friends go to the store for me and had to even order delivery food as i was unable to cook for myself. Memorial Regional Hospital has been part of my family for over 35 years. They never disappoint when it comes to good quality care of patients, families and employees. I am also proud to say I have worked for the hospital for over 21 years and would never think of going to any other hospital except Memorial Regional Hospital.
I cannot say enough about Memorial Hospital Oncology Unit. Everyone from the nursing staff, the Physicians, the PCA, the dietary staff, all were amazing. For a procedure that might have had complications I did not once feel nervous or scared. I'm already on the way home.
