I had out patient surgery here yesterday and I just want to say how impressed I was. The level of organization was spot on and everything went smoothly and quickly, from entering the front doors to my surgery and aftercare! It was my most pleasant surgery/hospital visit I have ever had!!! Thank you for taking such great care of me!! If there was an option for more than 5 stars i would select as many as I could to describe my experience!!!
You have an employee named samantha jones... Wow excellent, caring and loveable. Aleshia Williams also had the biggest smile and most pleasant attitude.

It was the worst experience ever!! I went in with a severe concussion, couldn't walk...the staff was rude, they put me in this waiting room that was the size of a bedroom with multiple ppl. The dr didn't check my eyes or do a proper exam. The valet guy screamed at us for parking in the wrong spot, mind you he want even out there...the one nurse was amazing though, she even got my children something to eat...
I was a little shock that a nurse shared some news with me. No teamwork and patients are not being treated like patients. They are being treated like numbers.
I had both my children at Hollywood Memorial. Without the amazing people in the Neonatal NICU.. I don't know where my kids would be today. The nurses are awesome, the NICU staff is not comparable to any other. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU GUYS DO ! My experiences here were undeniably A+.
