In the past I've taken my family to William Newton over Ark City Hospital;after moving away nearly 10 years I was reminded this week about how much better the quality of care was. I went to Ark City hospital with difficulty breathing and right chest pains and was dismissed by being profiled by the Dr as a "frequent flyer" and was sent home with only scripts for narcotics. I'm always happy with the service I recieve from this hospital. They have a great ER. Even if I've had a long wait I have left feeling I Recieved excellent care and they preformed all the testing they could. The majority of the wait time is due to waiting for test results to come back. Normally don't have to wait very long to see a Doctor. I have even had my children there and was more then satisfied with their OB staff and facilities. I live in Ark City and will continue to drive to this hospital.
Once we got back in the er it was OK but the 3hr wait to get back there was not so good
Thanks for the care in the ER. Having to wait 3 hours to get into the ER was hard but the care from the staff was first rate. Thank you
