Had surgery done yesterday & everyone that helped was so caring & nice. It made my stay more peaceful & great. �
Today my daughter had her tounge untied and I just want to give a special thank you to david in OR pre-op and recovery you are the only name I remembered you stuck out you were so sweet and caring and good at letting our 4 year old have time to understand what was going on you are amazing at your job and I applaud you even though you all work long hours despite that you still had a smile on your face and joy in your voice and it made me alot less nervous about my daughter being put under so thank you � I hope you see this
Recently had a tonsillectomy and I can’t say enough great things about the care I was given. Everyone was so attentive and I could tell they truly cared about providing me with the most comfortable experience possible.
I will NEVER bring my son back to this er ever! The past 3 times we have been in we have had to deal with the worst doctor I have ever felt with his name is Dr. Hein. This man has misdiagnosed my son twice, prescribed him medicine for the misdiagnosis one of these times my son had phenonia and he told us that it was just a virus and to give Tylenol! Another time I went in I took my sister for endometriosis pain he told her that it was not endo it was constipation and told a nurse (right outside of the room) that she was just... read more
Once again I had an absolutely amazing experience & I couldn’t thank my nurses or OB more for how great their care & service was! Kathy & Charlene were my son & I’s nurses & they were absolutely amazing! Care was beyond exceptional & I wish I could rate this 1 million! If you’re having a baby, I’d suggest WNH over anything!
My family has had to have several surgeries between us and my granddaughter was just born at William Newton. Every experience was great and the nurses are amazing! So thankful to all the employees.

Exceptional staff! Every single employee we came in contact with was absolutely wonderful. Having a newborn sick in the Hospital is so testifying but all of the staff made us feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you to Kasha at admissions, the ER nurses Jenny and Kristy, the Respiratory Therapists Deja and Julie, 2 East nurses Joe and Alicia, our CNA Joey and to HIM for our admission paperwork. You guys are all amazing! My family and I are so so thankful for all of you!
