Costumer services horrible! Need people that love work there
My mom bought a Groupon for me but it ended up being under her name for here before COVID happened in The beginning of the year. I called in June and explained it's in her name but she wants to gift it to me. The lady said they arnt doing anything for face till July and to call back then and if should be fine if it's in my moms name and wants to give it to me. Dr Onwuka scarred me and he refused to fix it. Stay away!!!!!! There are way better more professional doctors out there. He was rude and refused to fix what he did. I had to pay extra out of my own pocket to fix the mess he created. He traumatised me! He’s the worst most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever been to. Do yourself a Favor and pay a little extra to go to a competent doctor.
