At this time of the problems in the world. Dr ong and staff were wonderful.. Took care of emergency needs right away. Took care of a family member next day. I was surprised. Haven't been treated this nice in a while. They do care about you.
Absolutely fantastic service. I am generally afraid of dentists and getting shots. Dr. Ong and everyone at the office was great working with me to keep me calm and the work was pain free.
I went to Ong for a Deep Clean. Had Plaque build up on two of my rear teeth. Ong is the type of guy that kills you with kindness. His staff who was assigned to clean my teeth. Said regular clean first. I ask if it would remove the tartar/ plaque build up. She said she would remove some of it, I ask why not all of it, she said because I would be coming back for the deep clean.
