I am very grateful to have Dr. William Howell for 16 years in Kaiser permanent.He is very knowledgeable, listening to my concerns and answering all my questions and explain in the way I could understand.
I am very thankful for Dr. Howell and Nurse Hazel. They took care of me as though I were a VIP. Dr. Howell took time to listen to my concerns, answer my direct questions, and gave me options that I should think about as I go forward. Nurse Hazel was also very kind. I needed to have a procedure done. Nurse Hazel called ahead while I was still in the room and arranged for my procedure to be done. My God, what service!?.
